MEET THE DIRECTORS

Henry Byalikov

Originally from Sydney, Australia Henry began his dance training in competitive 10 dance ballroom before building an extensive multi-genre international career across stage, television, and film. His professional journey has included top 8 in So You Think You Can Dance, Dancing with the Stars Pro, 3rd in the world on NBC's Superstars of Dance, as well as performing on Broadway at the Longacre Theater with Burn the Floor.

He has also toured nationally with My Fair Lady, Dirty Dancing and appeared in films and television projects including The Great Gatsby, Miss America, Modern Love and The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel.

Henry loves sharing his knowledge and passion for dance with the next generation. His goal is to help students develop strong technique, confidence, discipline, and a genuine love for performing in a welcoming and family-focused environment.

Kelsey Byalikov

Graduating from the prestigious Ailey School Kelsey studied technique including Horton, Graham and classical Ballet.

She brings a warm, encouraging approach to dance education shaped by years of professional performance experience around the world. Her career has included performing with companies such as Disney and Holland America Line. She has made appearances on Saturday Night Live, been featured in national commercials and traveled the US and Canada with the national tours of Dirty Dancing and Hamilton.

Kelsey is passionate about creating a positive environment where dancers feel supported, challenged, and inspired to grow in both confidence and artistry. She believes every child deserves excellent training while still experiencing the joy and community that dance can bring.

Originally from Harrison, NY, Francesca is currently the Artistic Director of The ReCreation Tappers of SWFL and teacher/choreographer for Etudes de Ballet, Naples, FL. She is the former owner and artistic director of New York Dance and is a renowned dance teacher, choreographer, and company director with over forty years of experience. S

Originally from Harrison, NY, Francesca is currently the Artistic Director of The ReCreation Tappers of SWFL and teacher/choreographer for Etudes de Ballet, Naples, FL. She is the former owner and artistic director of New York Dance and is a renowned dance teacher, choreographer, and company director with over forty years of experience. She has traveled throughout Europe and the Middle East as a performer and master teacher, delighting children and adults with her dynamic classes and choreography. She has studied extensively under the tutelage of Ronnie Stewart, JO JO Smith, Frank Hatchette, Phill Black, Bob Audi, Fred Benjamin, Finis Jhung, Henry LeTange, Lisa Hopkins, Germaine Salsberg, and Sheila Barker.

Francesca has choreographed over 35 musicals for KJK Productions Main Stage and Children’s Theatre, NYD Summer Theatre, Creative Summer Theatre, and several iBroadway Star Benefits presented in the NY metropolitan area.  Currently, Francesca is the co-choreographer for the highly acclaimed Archbishop Stepinac HS Drama program in New York. Over the last 11 years, she has choreographed several award-winning musicals including: Billy Elliot (HS premier), Sister Act, Hunchback of Notre Dame, Newsies, Ragtime, A Bronx Tale (USA HS premier), Pippin, How to Succeed in Busines Without Really Trying, Jersey Boys (HS premier), Catch Me if You Can, The Wiz and Come From Away. As a teaching artist, she has taught extensively in NYC and Westchester County Public Schools. In addition, she was the choreographer for the all-male quartet, The New York Vagabonds, who were headliners on cruise ships around the world (Royal Caribbean, Holland America, Regent). Proudly, her students have performed at world-class venues including Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, The Kennedy Center, The Palace Theatre, and the London 2012 Invitational during the Olympics! Most recently, she has brought her adult tap group to perform in Italy in the summer of 2024 and Portugal in 2026 with the Performing Arts Educators (PAE) organization.

Camaguey” under the Artistic Direction of Fernando Alonso, Master and co-

founder of the National Ballet of Cuba. She had

Camaguey” under the Artistic Direction of Fernando Alonso, Master and co-

founder of the National Ballet of Cuba. She had the privilege of participating in several Ballet Festivals and Artistic Tours, performing an extensive repertoire including classical, neo-classical, modern and contemporary productions as a Corps de Ballet, Coryphaeus and Soloist. In 1996 she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Methodology of Ballet Teaching at the Superior Institute of Arts in Cuba. Later on , she danced and choreographed at the Lyrical Theater Company “Rodrigo Prats” of Holguin, confounded The Camera Ballet of Holguin, Cuba and was a Guest Teacher at the Cuban Ballet School of Ensenada, Mexico. Since 2005, Liliam has lived in Naples working as a Ballet Teacher and Choreographer in several schools , Etudes de Ballet (2005-2008) , Naples Academy of Ballet (2008-2017) ,Elite Dance Center( 2018-2020), founded The Classical Ballet of Naples School (2021-2024) and continues working until today with the same energy, love and commitment . With 40 years of artistic experience, she has had the opportunity to work with different teaching methods such as the Royal Academy of Dance(RAD), the Russian Vaganova School and the Cuban Ballet School. Her creativity and versatility are highlighted in her

teaching. She works with children of all ages and adults; teaches Creative

Movement, Pre-Ballet, all levels of Ballet school, Pointe, Variations, Floor Barre, Stretch and Modern classes. She is very passionate about her work and believes that, “Discipline, Concentration and Dedication to daily training is the key to

Danielle is a Rhode Island native with more than 25 years of dance experience, specializing in ballet, tap, and jazz. She

trained extensively under former Radio City Rockette Carolyn Dutra and performed at renowned venues including

Carnegie Hall and the Metropolitan Opera House. Through Moscow Ballet program, shewas selected to train and pe

Danielle is a Rhode Island native with more than 25 years of dance experience, specializing in ballet, tap, and jazz. She

trained extensively under former Radio City Rockette Carolyn Dutra and performed at renowned venues including

Carnegie Hall and the Metropolitan Opera House. Through Moscow Ballet program, shewas selected to train and perform alongside the professional international artists of Moscow Ballet,Great RussianNutcracker, a unique opportunity offered to a select group of American ballet students.

Danielle continued her dance training at Salve Regina University, where she studied under Dr. Lindsay Guarino, noted dance historian and author of Jazz Dance: A History of the Roots and Branches. Selected as one of only 14 dancers forthe university’s pre-professional Extensions Dance Company, she performed and choreographed works for university

productions and the New England College Dance Festival. In addition to her dance training, Danielle is a registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200), certified in Progressive Ballet

Technique (PBT), and certified in Pilates through the American Sports & Fitness Association (ASFA). She is passionate about helping dancers build strong technique, artistry, confidence, and physical strength in a positive and supportive

environment.

She has trained in various styles of dance including Ballet, Jazz, Lyrical, Latin Fusion, Tap, Hip Hop, Pom, and Reggaeton. She began teaching after passing her Royal Academy of Dance exams and is a certified AcroDance instructor through the Acrobatic Arts T

 Adrianna Martinez began her dance training at 11 years old at Etude’s de Ballet. She has trained in various styles of dance including Ballet, Jazz, Lyrical, Latin Fusion, Tap, Hip Hop, Pom, and Reggaeton. She began teaching after passing her Royal Academy of Dance exams and is a certified AcroDance instructor through the Acrobatic Arts Teacher training program. Adrianna furthered her dance and theatre training at Florida Gulf Coast University, from which she graduated summa cum laude with her Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre. She has acted professionally with Ghostbird Theater company in Fort Myers and danced in concept videos for local choreographers. Even as a dance instructor, Adrianna continues her own dance training and is passionate about sharing what she has learned with her students
